I came home this afternoon after visiting the school for the first time and made up some name tags for the students to wear the first week so I know who's who. I collected the tags from an engineers' function at the end of it because most of them were going to be thrown away. They are very sturdy and magnetic so they can be easily transferred to their tote trays when they are not wearing them as the magnets are really strong.Tried and tested! Later on, they will be handy for when we have speakers in and for when we go on excursions. So that eliminates any need to contact name tags onto the tote tubs and getting messy sticky muck off at the end of the year. Students can make their own design to slide in if they wish. These are just to get started.
